RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SilkPath, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.


Return Guidelines

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Original Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Hygiene Standards: Due to the nature of our products, hijabs that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or scents cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact Us: Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Ship Your Item: Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
